  • 2. Requirements for shape and position accuracy. Compared with the traditional CNC lathe, the shape and position accuracy of the parts processed by the CNC lathe are more convenient and the standard is more loose. Tolerance for shape and location is a crucial foundation for ensuring accuracy. During machining, the positioning data and measuring data shall be determined according to its requirements, and some technical processing can be carried out according to the special needs of the CNC lathe to effectively control the shape and position accuracy.

  • 3. Material and heat treatment requirements. The material and heat treatment requirements given in the drawing are the basis for selecting the dojo, CNC lathe model, and determining cutting parameters.

  • 4. The geometric conditions that make up the profile. During manual programming in turning, the coordinates of each node shall be calculated; During automatic programming, all geometric elements constituting the contour shall be defined.
